The Clansman Bar — Restaurant in Scotland

I have to say i've been in the Clansman many times. But Saturday 5th June 2021 was very disappointing. Was with my two mates and his girlfriend. Some younger guys who were on something barged into our company and were very annoying. When I complained to the Doorman he just laughed and ignored me. I was working in Dunoon for 4 months in 2020. I know the town pretty well apart from all the other times i've been there since 1992. I will never walk through the doors of The Clansman ever again. Not happy with intimidating us they followed us outside and along the street. I hope the manager reads this. I'll not name the wee annoying guy called J - - K. He'll cost you plenty of customers...

Good wee pub. Made very welcome. Out for a drive an ended up in Dunoon. Why is Dunoon stuck in the dark ages. We wanted lunch and was told don't do meals on a Wednesday that was in the Ingram. Got toasties which were lovely. Looking forward to the Cowal. Staying in the Park hotel this year as other one was filthy last year. Had to go out an buy cleaning stuff. called in last week and tried the caledonian best and it was nice,tried the tenants and didn't like it,a lovely bar friendly attentive staff and I passed their attitude test for prices (call in to see what this means),comfortable seats and music too,will definitely call in again next time...
