The Marine Fish Restaurant — Restaurant in Scotland

2nd visit to this place and I’m just as disappointed as the 1st. Not exactly cheap to eat out these days but when you do you expect a certain level of service which isn’t delivered by here, table service when it suits if they see you come in the door, had to go up and order food and pay the bill. Arguing between staff isn’t professional and absolute embarrassing to watch, waiting times are a joke, food order not correct when food finally arrived.

In my opinion this restaurant needs to pull the socks up to learn and deliver what a customers basic needs are and really teach th the basics instead of leaving them to fail because no one has a clue what they should be doing.

Sorry cannot recommend here, when ordering a Pizza I specifically ask if it was fried or not as we did not want a fried pizza, the girl said no, we made it clear a 2nd time & was assured no, guess what. THE PIZZA WAS FRIED! Went on Sundy absolute rubbish fish was warm chips cold greasy and undercooked . The girl who served us need waking up. Asked for two cokes she threw 2 on the table. Asked for a couple of glasses. She tutted mumbled then brought two. She was sultry, unfriendly , inefficient and a complete waste of space. She brought the fish and chips i had to g up go to her and ask for knives and forks. Then had to ask for salt . Seriously I paid all but £20 for inedible food and a terrible service. Wont be seeing me again...
