Visited at new year weekend during the day . Nothing in Burntisland was open for a hot refreshment other that a takeaway. So we see a sign on the window saying coffees. That would be nice. But when we entered the bar staff looked at us as if we were aliens. She went away to ask if it was possible to give us ☕ /tea. Next thing this grumpy man entered the bar from what looked like a trap door and grunted nup!! basically. We had an over priced cold drink and quickly left. The next customers came in and were well known to the bar staff and received a lovely welcome. What would it have cost them to boil a kettle, put in a tea bag and smile. They would certainly not be getting a poor review. Think they need to paint over the coffee sign...
