Always had great service from this takeaway, a few weeks ago on a Sunday 5pm phoned and ordered a delivery. Phone again at 7pm they were busy and order was just being made , not a problem, 8pm arrives and my neighbour chaps my door handing me our delivery , I said ohh did they deliver to you by mistake? No they left it on the doorstep, I then phone them back and told them what had happened , as I never heard any1 at the door , food was warm not hot , was asked if wanting another order sent out , I said no as this was now 8.30pm and wasn't prepared to wait hours again , was told because we were good customers that we would get a discount on next order , just phoned there to place a order enquired about the discount that we were owed , to be told ohh there is nothing against your name to let us know , well Twice the spice you have lost a...

I ordered on just-eat an £18 meal deal including a peshwari naan and fried rice from twice the spice in falkirk through just eat app. I get a phone call from them saying youll need to give us another £1.50 if you want your peshwari naan. Im like ehhh no i already paid for a meal with a rice and a naan. He says hes not bringing the naan unless i pay extra. 5 mins of arguing later he says he'll give me it, but ill need to pay for the naan next time. I said after this there wont be a next time. Then he says he wont bother bringing me my food. I told him he better coz iv paid for it. Now i dont even want my meal because it arrived late and cold and all i can think is that theyve probably spat in it. I wish there was a 0 star rating for this place, we placed an order for 1 pizza, 1 chips cheese and donor, 1 quarter pounder with cheese and 4 chips and cheese (medium), We received ONE OF all of the above, leaving 3 people (the remaining 3 chips and cheese). This was only after 2 phone calls and an extra hour wait; order placed at around 6:30 and delivery time estimated 8:20, didn’t arrive til 9:15. This establishment told us the weather (light rain) caused the delay and then the driver told us it was a flat tyre. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. They have now told us they are closing when confronted when google states they close at 11pm (covid-19 May have effected closing times so this may not be a...
