Fantastic food. Just don't order for delivery.

My experience of this evening has been less than poor. Ordered at 6pm for delivery. 45 minutes their website said. 6.50pm their confirmation email said.

I phoned up at 7.30pm asking where it was... reasonable amount of time to wait after expected time I feel. Find out it still hadn't even left the shop, but they expected the driver to "pick it up shortly". Fantastic. So, 8pm rolls around, phone up again, are they say the driver's just left. Didn't really seem to care. "Sorry, it's been busy" came the excuse. Aye, very good. You've got my number, even a little information to say it would' be late would've been nice.

2hrs before the driver even left with our food. Pretty unacceptable. Was a little after 8pm that it finally arrived. Presumably having sat on the counter for bloody ages because it wasn't really that hot any more.

Next time I'll just walk up there as it will be faster.

Oh, and why have a comments section if your comments aren't read? Asked for salt and vinegar on everything. Got nothing.
