Yummy's Desserts Glasgow — Restaurant in Scotland

Putting this review on again as my previous one looks like it has been deleted! I purchased roughly £30 of items from this shop including milkshakes and cheese cakes and one of those small Nutella jars. The girl serving me piled the milkshakes, cheese cakes and everything she possibly could into one of those small brown bags and handed me it. As I approached the door the handle came away from the bag and all the items fell, milkshakes everywhere, cream everywhere. Everyone including the shop workers stared at me. No help offered! I picked up what I could and left the shop with embarrassment! As I left I heard the workers complain about the ‘mess I had left’ I should have challenged for a new order but I was so embarrassed with the looks I got I left! My little boy opened up the small Nutella chocolate jar once we got home and I was horrified to see the jar was full of blue mould! (Pictures remain in the photos section) I then binned the full order. I have contacted the foods standard agency! Don’t shop at this place there are better dessert places...

Nothing special, popped in when just passing by. I ordered a crepe and a sundae, seemed ok however it took about half an hour to be made. In the mean time another customer came in about 10 min after me and ordered the same two items which were made and given to the customer long before I was given my order, also during this long wait two people who appeared to be friends of the staff came in and were fast tracked to the front of the line and appeared not to pay for their order, so paying customers are being made to wait half an hour whilst the staff serve their friends for free? Eventually I asked how long my order would be and was told sharply, I never took your order so I’ll need to check (there’s about 3 staff, maybe a bit of communication would be a good idea) after another couple of minutes the order was slammed onto the counter by one of the staff before being handed to me and I was made to feel like an inconvenience for being dissatisfied with...

Ordered from here tonight given my girls a treat, when it came the girls showed me their dishes, one cookie dough was the full size of the foil try, the other one was only one slice of cookie dough with a small drop of sauce. I phoned the shop and the girl i spoke with was going between myself and someone else in the shop in conversation (probably the manager), she said the shop had new owners and this was a portion, i then said thats half of a normal portion, she said that the way the new owner works, she would give them feedback for future, i then said smaller portions for more money, she said yes there was nothing more she could do. Thats fine, but you should be letting the customers know they will be getting less and paying more. Deffo won't be given them any more custom. Carrying on like that yous will lose more custom...
