Ordered over the phone, when I arrived to pick up my order, they had only made one meal when I ordered two! Had to wait whilst they made a second meal. When I went to pay, their card machine didn’t work, tried to put the payment through with contactless x2 then attempted to use the chip and pin, this didn’t work either; the staff made me feel like it was my fault and asked me if I had another card (which I didn’t) I had to walk to the nearest atm machine to withdraw the money. Got home to eat my order and it was wrong, I have a fish allergy and they had made me 2x fish dishes. I phoned them up and was told that I placed the order wrong, however, I have ordered three times from this restaurant this week online and even then they delivered my order with a meal missing which was clearly displayed when they received my order. Anyway, this time I was told that I had placed the order incorrectly and I said that I wanted the two meals that I had ordered over the phone. They said that they would make the meals, I even asked if they would like me to take the wrong order back with me which they said no. I went down collected my new meals, got home only for it to be 2x dishes of curry sauce! £17 spent and both meals had to go in the bin because of our allergies! While portions of it were perfectly fine, some pieces carried an unpleasant, spoiled flavor that was impossible to ignore.
I trust this was an isolated incident, but I felt it important to bring to your attention. It may be worth investigating whether the oil or another aspect of preparation could be contributing to this issue, as spoiled food, especially meat, is an extremely serious matter!

Rang to order and was told to use the internet to order and the order would be completed right away. Ordered as requested and then went to collect after 15 minutes. On arrival the order could not be found. We had to wait for 30 minutes for the Luxury platter to be prepared. Not a good start. Once collected we found the food was well presented in the box.
