Abysmal staff, was presented with attitude when arriving, attitude when one of our party members was un able to make it , attitude when eating. We was watched constantly like the staff where waiting for us to finish our food.

The food came out with half the meat missing (it was the wrong order but staff tried to pass it off as the rest of our meat was coming.)

It's a real shame, there is potential for a great Turkish restaurant but let down by staff who just can't be asked to provide even a little hospitality.

My wife is disabled and it appeared that staff just did not have a care in the world about her comfort not that we are expecting to be waited on hand and foot but when our party member didn't show up we was basically being asked to move(we didn't but because we didn't the rest of our meal felt like someone was just hovering by waiting for us to finish )

The hostess is likely the key culprit in this as it appeared her lack of hospitality training was showing.

Total disappointment

Food was good but nothing to scream about, each to their own tastes so I can't complain about that, but a dining experience is more than the food on the plate, it's about atmosphere and service, the food could be garbage but with the right atmosphere and right wait staff, a dish tastes so much better !

Please hire some quality your customers will thank you and the rest of your wait staff will...

I really enjoyed our time here. The Hittite cuneiform motif gave the already intimate dinning area an interesting and unique feel. We went during lunch on a Wednesday at 12:30 so we were the only customers (which is not to say that its not popular, just that my impression of the atmosphere my not be the same during busier hours). The atmosphere was very relaxed and romantic since it was just my wife and I. The food was very well prepared and tasted lovely. However, i would have preferred a little larger portion of meat. This could have been due to the fact that was from the lunch menu, which consisted of a fresh meza and a main for only £9.50 each. The overall portion of food for the price was well worth it. The wait staff seemed a little absent minded, but it was a slow day and quite dreary outside and they didn't bother us either which is good. We didn't wait long for our main (the meza/starter only took 5 minutes). I recommend this restaurant. Went back for the dinner menu. As i predicted the portions were greater for a slightly greater price. Never the less the food was outstanding. May i suggest the deal for 2? It was a nice sampler of the meza and the grilled meats with rice and salad. The portions were worth the affordable price and romantic since my wife and i...

A birthday meal with friends. Luckily managed to park outside in the road just after 19.00, don't think they have a car park. Upon entering, you see the hot grill sizzling and the sight of meat on skewers cooking. Nice man held the door open. My party was already there, seated on the 2nd floor. On my way to them, lots of filled tables, quite busy. Attentive staff, quick to take drink orders, and allowed us time to catch up and view the food menu. Empty glasses and plates quickly removed. The food was lovely. The lamb kebab was outstanding, simply cooked and delicious. As standard, the mains are accompanied by rice, bulger wheat, and salad. No problems throughout the meal, service charge automatically added, about £6 a head. Toilets on the 3rd floor. I didn't have dessert or coffee or liqueurs, so I can't comment. I couldn't manage to eat all my mains as I gorged on the hummus and prawns. They were happy to pack it up for takeaway. An enjoyable experience and one that we will repeat. 6 people eating, we split the bill and rounded up for convience, ...

Lovely atmosphere and great service, everyone is very attentive. Food wise the portions are good and the usual wonderful flavours of chargrilled turkish food. The chilli prawns and bread were amazing (make sure you let them know you want the halal version and they’ll cook it with Olive oil instead of wine) - Worth a visit if you’re in the area. Only criticism, more bread would have been nice. Most Turkish restaurants serve bread and sauces as you arrive these days, we’ve become spoilt by them, lol.

Been here once before with friends and the food did not disappoint. Came back again since we were visiting the area. Once again the food was great, cooked to perfection although I would prefer stronger seasoning and flavours. Service was good and the team tried to accommodate us even though we did not have a booking. Booking would be recommended as this restaurant is busy.
