Marvellous party catering for a special birthday garden party. Needed top quality, well organised caterers for my father’s 90th and Salah and Teresa came up trumps! Everything was perfect from the buffet menu choices and quantities to the display trays with labelled lids. The sandwiches made with their own bread were moist and easy to eat, nicely garnished and the Greek veggie filo rolls were fab. The squares of deep mushroom and pepper quiche were delicious. We had a mixed tray of scones, cream, jam and strawberries, as well as some mini eclair fancies. Teresa kept in contact and understood exactly what we wanted, even advising us on where to park to collect it all. Thank you so much Salah for being so kind and helpful! I called the bakery as I was hoping they could help me out by getting some special cakes to my Dad to celebrate his birthday. I was due to make the journey from Milton Keynes but unfortunately wasn’t able to so called Bridge Bakery hoping they could help… Salah couldn’t have been more helpful! We visit Fox Valley every Sunday. When Bridge Bakery opened we tried it but felt it was overpriced and patisserie items were not ‘patisserie’ quality. Gave it another visit today. Baked goods looked good and very tempting. But we chose ice cream and small patisserie items that could be bought in threes. Sorry but £2.80 for one scoop of poor quality ice cream is outrageous. We took the small patisserie items home for later. Disappointed again. The cake layer was stale and everything else above that tasted plastic. Even the cream on top was artificial.
