Starbucks — Restaurant in Sheffield

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this location thru Uber Eats and the 3rd time they messed up my order and I didn't get what I paid for. I ordered the Creme Brulée Frappaccino and added 2 caramel drizzle and 2 caramel sauces, I got none of it. I know how it should taste as it's my go-to drink.

They did add the mocha sauce, but I could've ordered a regular frappaccino for less as that's what I've received. I've ordered this same drink from the Meadowhall location and it's always been correct. That's £3 I paid that was just taken, with nothing received. A big deal when you've only ordered one coffee and paid £17. I'll never order from them again, and I've told my partner to avoid this location as well.

I'm American and never once had this issue at any Starbucks back home. I had friends who worked for Starbucks as well, and I'm very surprised, knowing their ethics, how poor this location is and how they're basically stealing from customers. Constantly let down by this place. The staff are rude, even when things are their fault. Ordered a matcha (a green drink) got given a latte (a brown drink) and the guy acted as if we made the mistake. I get the same thing Everytime and it’s never right. Normal milk given instead of soya, syrups that are paid for never included etc. none of the staff seem happy to be there, and it seems that the staff don’t get along. The short blonde girl has some kind of ego boost hatred for the world (again getting angry at us for her mistake). There were at least 3 staff working early this Tuesday afternoon, and about 3/4 tables in use, so as you might expect, everything was clean and tidy and staff were not stressed or snappy. Waiting time was short, decor and furnishings are not worn. Our only misgivings were that there was no chocolate cake, muffins or brownies in the fresh cake section, just pastries with chips of chocolate in....it seems quite a big gap given its popularity.
