If I could give minus stars I would! Awful customer service, when our order came both pizzas squashed! Rang to get it rectified, and the service was awful, took nearly five minutes to speak to someone to then be blamed for dropping the pizza myself, never did I say it was dropped just that the delivery guy had held it on its side! Then had them mimicking me! Never have i ever come across such awful customer service, all i wanted was the squashed pizza's replaced! They then came to collect my order so they could check then replace, my husband followed them back as we wanted our money back. Good job he did as he arrived there before the delivery guy who had rearranged the pizza so it wasn't squashed, i have pictures to show the mess It was given to me in, which they asked me to delete! Eventually got our money back to the tune of them saying we were black listed!! Good job we will never order from here again! EDIT* due to the appalling response from the take away, we have pictures of how the pizza's arrived to us, which you asked my husband to delete! We can post them to show what we actually got? Also could show the video we got of you putting your hands all over the pizza to rearrange it also! All we wanted was replacement pizza and for it not to take forever! Absolutely rediculous...

Edit I dont order from them everyweek as they state below. I only ordered about 6 times since? My review a year ago and the service was better. The only issue i had after this original review was when they closed during first lockdown they left their website running and i got charge for my order as it said they were open, they were not as i dove to the store. I then had to call several times and go through paypal for them to give me my money back. When they eventually did, i lost the service fee that i was charged around £2 for ordering online and they refused to give me my money back saying the the site company that charges that not them. My review isnt based on food as its adequate for the price. Its based on the treatment i received both time.
