Siaway offers a wide range of takeaway dishes, with plenty of classic and modern options to choose from. It's primarily a takeaway spot – there are a few seats inside, but no proper tables, so it's not really intended for dining in. Service was fine and the food came out fairly quickly. This was actually my very first time trying fish & chips, and overall I really enjoyed it! The portion was generous, the fish was crispy, and the chips were okay. Next time, though, I’d skip the vinegar – a personal preference, but it slightly overpowered the flavour for me. All in all, a nice and easy place to grab a traditional meal. I’d happily return.

Cheap rolls here! Bought a blood pudding roll and a sausage roll. The salad boxes are also humongous and well worth their price if you want some vegetables on the side. We came in at 12:40pm which is 20 minutes away from closing for the lunch service and they ran out of haggis rolls at that point, which was a little disappointing. There was also no fish and chips being served until 4pm. The staff still helped with our dietary concerns and we could still purchase some things for takeaway.

We arrived at 7pm and the queue for the shop was already out the door and round the corner. When it was my turn to order they had already ran out of a lot of items such as beef burgers. I got my order after 45 minutes. I ordered chips and cheese which was amazing with a good portion of cheese. The kids meals were great with good portions. The battered Mars bar was disgusting. The food was very well priced for what we had but we had to wait a long wait and some items weren't available.

First off all this place is one of the only options in Broadford, and is probably value for money. They are getting a 2 star rating as when we walked in we were told to wait outside as only 6 people are allowed in at one time, that’s fine but after we went in people came in behind in (making it about 10 people inside, and not a word said). Staff were rude if anything, one woman had earphones in. Signs tell you to wear masks but the staff don’t have to apparently, we’re not even behind the screens in place. “Hot and spicy chilli chicken burgers” came with one bit of chicken and the bun, if I hadn’t got salad on the burger it would have been the worst burger I’ve ever had. Burger is only 6.50 with chips, but was pretty abysmal. Wasn’t even sauce, no spice, convinced it wasn’t even a chilli burger. Halloumi fries were okay, nothing to write home about. Sign on the door says that this is the best place for burgers in Broadford, this should tell you there isn’t a lot of choice for burgers in the town! Okay chippy and food is okay if you go for fish, avoid burgers and mind only 6 peop… no 7 people, or is it 10 people in the...

Okay. Where to begin! Upon arriving we decide from the menu what we would like, just to find out they didn't have any of the food items we wanted. We then choose a chicken burger, which had a nice picture on the menu including cheese, lettuce and tomato. We are asked if we would like salt and vinegar on our fries, to which we say YES. When we receive our chicken burgers, they are literally nothing but bun and chicken, and our fries don't have salt or vinegar! We ask for toppings, and are rudely told that you need to ask for that. We apologize for the miscommunication and tell them we would like to have the same toppings as it shows on the menu. The lady takes our burger, drops a salad (lettuce, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes), on the top of the burger and hands it back with saying a word, or even looking at us!

To save from writing an essay on the matter, I will quickly mention that there were three other meals, only one of which was satisfactory.

All in all, if you want to eat here, don't bother with anything other than the fish. It seems to be the only thing they know...

I am very disappointed in our visit to this establishment. We enquired the day before if the food was gluten free, as one of our parties was gluten intolerant and another suffered with coeliac. We were reassured that they offered gluten-free options. However, upon arrival, it took 3 separate attempts to order our gluten free option, by a very young boy. Upon receipt of the order, we checked again, that one of the orders was gluten free, only to be told it wasn't gluten free, when we explained the seriousness of the situation, were met with some hostility as if we was being difficult. If you do not have any allergies or food intolerance, then this place is excellent, the food was excellent. But I would personally be wary of ordering from this place if you do have any allergies. We left, feeling distrustful and very disappointed, especially considering the seriousness of the matter. The person who ordered the gluten free meal, has been in terrible discomfort these past...
