Chung Hwa — Restaurant in South Cambridgeshire

Ordered my food on the phone and said id pick it up, they said it will be ready in 30 minutes..I said should I pay now ,no she replied pay when you pick up . BTW I've ordered from here many times before. I got there to pick my order up 40mins later When I arrive the shop seemed to be in a mix up with customers and their food and payments a bit of a sham to be honest. Then the lady who took my order asked me for my order number, I replied you didn't give me one , she's then asked what did I order? I told her my order ,then she went out the back in to the kitchen to talk with the staff . She came back a few moments later and said 17.pounds fifteen please....I said is my order ready ? She replied NO !! I then replied don't worry then I'll leave it , I was so annoyed with this service I wasn't prepared to give them my custom and won't be using them again . I travelled 20mins to collect my so called food...

We’ve been coming here for a while and normally the food is great. However the reason for giving 3 stars is based on the one order we received yesterday. As part of the order we got Sweet and Sour chicken balls. Upon biting into the chicken balls we realised that the chicken was completely undercooked and still pink. Not ordered here for over a year as it was horrendous . Gave it a chance again as my normal one was shut due to holidays. Once again not impressed. The quality of food is awful. Ordered Salt and Pepper King prawns and they were tiny balls that looked like chicken nuggets and certainly were not Prawns. The Lemon chicken looked like microwave chicken. It was all wet and gluey.
