The White Horse is by far the best pub/ restaurant in Waterbeach. The food is absolutely delicious; authentic Italian and reasonably priced too - especially with the weekly deals on pizzas and burgers. The atmosphere is great, the staff are very friendly, and the owner Rita is lovely too. They were able to accommodate a big table at short notice for my partners birthday and booked out a section of the pub specifically for us. The food always comes out really quick. The garden is brilliant for kids too. The pizzas are to die for, burgers delicious and the best lasagne I've ever tried! 😍

We got the chicken momos, fish pakoras, chilli chicken and the goat curry between 2 of us. We also shared some pilau rice and peshawari naan. Great portions, couldn't wait to dig in so the pics are showing less quantity than what was served! The momos were rich with chicken flavour and came with a spicy and flavourful sauce. The pakoras were also well flavoured and seasoned, absolutely delicious. The chilli chicken was hot and garlicky, and the texture was spot on- crispy with a lush sauce. Cannot wait to try the other things on the menu, a great addition to the neighbourhood

An excellent pub restaurant with a partition to split the civilised from the riff-raff. Not meaning this is a derogatory way, as the pub section can become a bit rowdy once the golden nectar has started flowing. Especially during football games or if there is money on the pool table. Excellent food in the kitchen cooked to traditional Italian recipes with some fantastic deserts on offer. I recommend the chocolate fudge cake served hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
