The Hourglass Hilton, Hilton House Hotel — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

We arrived for our Bottomless Brunch on Friday 28th of February, The place has been revamped it looks lovely. The service was excellent, we were served Prosecco and our choice of cocktails (if they were not on the list you pay a couple of pounds more). Due to how busy they were, they let us carry on a little longer due to not being able to serve us promptly, they also came and told us to order our final cocktail when our time was up. Fish fingers are from Aldi definitely staff behind the bar are perfect but the manager is so rude went in after work and she told the women to give me a different glass because I look scruffy in all my years of drinking I’ve never had such a bad experience with managers it’s disgusting needs new management and prices are so high absolutely not going again and neither are my work colleagues absolute disgrace want to be...

The Hourglass is a great addition to the area, and has been busy since it opened a couple of weeks back.

The bar is clean, the decoration is modern and refreshing, and the staff are genuine, down to Earth and friendly.

In a usually a quiet area, the Hourglass is lively and doesn't make you feel like you're drinking in a graveyard.
