I cannot fault the chips being someone that has only ordered large chips from chip shops for over 25 years. They are nice no objection to that at all but when you walk in to be greeted by "just waiting for chips" every time you walk in day or night. Then you see him weighing out the chips per person on a stupid little plate and chucking some back in case you might have one to many it makes me think. So I come in here to stand for about 8 minutes listening to how many holidays you have been on with that silly little paper hat on and talk about your house etc whilst you measure my chips to make sure you can continue rubbing my nose in the fact you have had 6 holidays this year. What about serving a LARGE portion mate and stop worrying about measurements so much. Your large is more like a tiny from Gerard street derby so stop boasting and delivery a decent product in a fair size to your paying customers. Yes I used to have to put up with this all the time when i lived nearby. I would in fact rather drive to Derby miles away to town to get my chips than hang around here listening to this guy yap on and on with his silly little hat. Just attempted to get some dinner from this place. Have used alot since moving to Hilton 12 months ago and would before now of highly recommend.

BUT TODAY.

I queue for 15 minutes with only 3 people in front me. To have my order taken (partially) but not started. And staff to then be distracted finishing off a previous order. I thought no problem she will continue with mine once this order is finished. How wrong I was. After completing that orders decided to take the customer after me’s order. After trying to get the attention of staff I gave up and walked out. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Roughly £20 week you will miss. Which is only a small amount of your weeks takings. But treat many more once loyal customers like this again and you will find that your business does not survive...

What an absolute pathetic establishment, I have ordered cheeseburger before and got home and no salad, tonight my wife ordered cheeseburgers and yet again got home no salad, I called the chip shop, come ba k he says and we will give you salad, I said not acceptable as the burgers will have gone cold and they had not put garlic mayo on either. He apologised but when it's probably the 4th time and my wife was waiting and they server you wrapped food you expect them to get the order right.
