The food here is generous and delicious, so nice to be able to pick a size to go with your sandwich too, however, the chapsvrather abrupt manner is offputting. The tables for two are cramped in and we would have rather sat at a table for four. We were told we could not sit at a bigger table and so too the two elderly gents behind us. Not one of the larger tables were used all the time we were there, in fact when we left, there were two people sitting at a table for four. What compounds this disappointment is that when I asked about it, the owner refused to give a straight answer and then hovered around behind me while I expressed to my mother how regrettable it was. Read moreHighly recommend, this quirky family run cafe , with some retro touches . The cakes are absolutely amazing , the choices always bring a smile as they do think outside the box . Example .. as a child I loved the fondest fancy cakes , well they do this as a larger cake too , the Bailey's cake is on another level.. every time, there are different choices to be made.
