The roast dinner was filling and substantial. £10,50 each. Again all the food was very average. Nothing was bad, in fact it was all good, but nothing was so delicious that i would jump at going again. Just your average roast. So if you looking for a sunday roast, give it a go! Waitress was very sweet, possibly new as she didn't know anything. Very polite though. The table was sticky. They served me flat lemonade which was very disappointing. So I asked them to deduct it from the bill. They very kindly offered me another.... from a fresh bottle... but if the first one from the bottle is flat, why is the second one they offer(which is obviously better) not the one they gave me first.... I'd say its because they were using up leftovers in a previously opened bottle (more than likely the day before) The atmosphere was actually quite homely and I absolutely LOVED the big posters on the walls. Gave the place a great music feel.

Really lovely place warm and friendly staff with really good food and good beers. I would recommend going any night of the week but think the best meal I had was on a Tuesday as they do a carvery and it was honestly the best carvery I have ever had couldn't fault it one bit and you can go up as many times as you like can't wait to go back.

Popped in as we were hungry passing through and it was dog friendly. The lady who served us was lovely. We had a drink and food. The food was so good, wasn’t expecting much but we both really enjoyed it. I had chicken kebab and the husband had a burger. Would recommend for food.

I use to live not far from the Granary in Long Sutton for many years and still call in when I am local, in the 15 years that I have been going to this establishment for their superb carvery, not once have I been disappointed. Carvery nights were Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday Lunch.

That was until this year JUNE 2018, I phoned Friday morning to book a table for the Sunday Carvery, (always fully booked). Arrived at 12.10am expecting to get in the waiting cue, there was no one in sight. Upon entry there was only ONE customer, this set alarm bells ringing straight away. The food was not ready to be served at Noon and only appeared at about 12.20am. There was only 2 choices of meat instead of four, 6 choices of veg instead 10, it was a mediocre meal, (and I am being really nice)I probably would have fared better with food from a soup kitchen.

In 2016 it was £7.95 for all you could eat, and go back for seconds, the price has now rocketed up to £14.00 each, almost a 50% increase in price for 66% less food, no wonder it was empty. I was informed by a member of staff that the Granary had been taken over at the beginning of the year and also Sunday was the ONLY carvery, WHY?

As luck would have it I revisited Long Sutton again this year, (September) and found that the Granary was closed and there were many workmen milling around inside, (probably had more new owners). So BE WARNED, keep away from the Granary unless the sign says £7.95 for Sunday Carvery AND it is full...

Its a nice place as a bar for a drink but I do not recommend this place is used for a meal. We had the upstairs balcony for 13 guests. The meals we pre-ordered 3 days in advance. Starters was easy n came in good time. With exception to the chicken starter that was only half cooked raw in the middle. On the main course the 1st meal arrived over cooked. From 1st meal arriving to the last meal it had taken 1hour 15 mins. On trying to complain about the meal in a private place the landlady was happy to do the talking at the bar in front of the other customers. She said it was our fault as 4 people was 15 mins late. This I told her on arrival that they was running late. She was rude instead it was our fault. Never setting foot in the place again after being told she was going to cool the police. Never in my life have I ever been so insulted or treated this way in a place that ment to be a great place for food. Landlady of a pub yes As a restaurant no way. Avoid at all costs dont go. I gave 1 star for the young girl serving us at the table. She did her best bless her. For a good day ruined go. 3 year ago under different management the meals on time n in good time almost perfect. Now go to Mc...

A pub that runs out of not one real ale but two. Both real ale pumps shut off due to no beer. Food, told no Toad in the hole but they were still selling sausages and mash. Does the chef not no how to make batter they do advertise home made. When our food eventually turned up (after a reorder as they didn't have the honey glazed pork) they dished up an unseasoned spag bol which was a bit of mince in a tinned tomatoe sauce, the tagliatelle was stodgy and gloopy and had been in the microwave, the stilton chicken that was ordered with new potatoes came with chips when we asked we were told they had no new potatoes (Lincolnshire no potatoes?) we are surrounded by them. My chicken and bacon salad was good but it doesn't need a chef to do this. In all a poor do, I believe none of the food is home made it's bought in by brakes/3663. There is a big difference in home made and home cooked food and trades description would be...
