Kravings — Restaurant in South Holland

This place WAS good, like really good, but when it first opened. Bach then we used to order almost every week. I used to love this place at the beginning but now it's just a disappointment, so much I have actually decided to write a review which I don't usually do. In past year the prices went up and the amount of food and the quality of both food and packaging went down. Last time my partner ordered a Juicy Lucy and it was actually really really nice, unlike the hamburger I got for myself, it was just terrible. So today I decided to get a Juicy Lucy as well, since last time it was so good, and let me tell you they (2 burgers) were absolutely NOTHING like the one my partner had the previous time. I can literally compare today's Jucy Lucy to the terrible burger I have had previously. And the chips that smelt burned without actually being burned, that is just amazing how that was done... I am cooking every day after work, but sometimes I want to eat something warm without cooking... I always afraid about burgers, what if I stay hungry because it is too small and chips is not enough. My colleague told me Karvings making very loaded burgers and a large enough portion of chips. Well, I just tried it, I love it! And yes, Karvings knows what is a portion for an adult! Ordered at 20: 10 or 10 past 8 arrived at 21:50 10 to 10 no warning about time of wait ordered 2 smokies burgers and 1 smokey as a meal total cost £32.50 they were wrapped in foil and the bottom of the burger bun was wet and inedible and I took a bite of the burger and our mouths were on fire there was so much pepper or whatever it was it was awful there was no reference to this in the menu no mention of being spicy in any way I would never have ordered this had I known.
