Greggs — Restaurant in South Kesteven

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. My young daughter was left in tears after selecting a cupcake, only to discover two flies on it. Despite bringing this to the attention of an employee, they merely moved the trays and continued to serve customers without taking any action to address the situation.

Furthermore, I am concerned about the lack of food safety measures in place, as the food was not covered and exposed to flies. This poses a significant health and safety risk to your customers.

Additionally, I encountered another issue when purchasing sausage rolls. The ones I received were stone cold, despite the fact that I paid full price for them. I understand that there may be times when food needs to be prepared fresh, but customers should not have to wait an excessive amount of time or receive cold food.

Lastly, I found the customer service to be lacking. The employee did not seem particularly interested in addressing my concerns or providing a satisfactory resolution.

I hope that you will take these issues into consideration and take steps to improve the overall customer experience at your establishment.

Visited today to have a breakfast baguette. Was told there were no baguettes dispite there being a tray of them over in the racking behind the lady that served me.. took few minutes to be served as both servers were busy not an issue. However when i was finally served the lady who was dealing my order proceeded to make my sandwich without washing her hands after touching the bin... she then started to tell me she wasn't impressed as she'd been up since 4am and was working til 6pm as it was bank holiday.. not sure why she insisted on telling me this... the bacon and sausage bap i had (since there was apparently no baguettes) was below edible. The bacon wasnt cooked it was cremated and tasted like cardboard it probs started being cooked at 4am when the lady serving...

honestly the worst Greggs ever visited.

The whole centre looked abandoned and dirty. We went into buy some snacks for my teen.

3 people behind the counter, The bin was full and uncovered with flies everywhere and after we ordered we saw flies actually in the hot counter where open food was , really off putting and not at all hygienic . The Sausage wraps was only slightly warm too which ,in itself, explains why insects had no problem being in next to the food. We threw it away . The fly extermination units on the walls were switched off . I would be seriously worried about...
