KFC — Restaurant in South Kesteven

24/3/22 WHY do I keep going back to this place I haven't learnt my lesson have I ? NO yet again I had to stand around waiting for my order while people behind me got there's not on , I also was asked what dips i wanted with my meals yet again no dips when I got home they must now at least owe me £3 + back in dips MAKE SHAW YOU HAVE YOUR DIPS And anything else you ordered , I work at a fast food chain and if we was like this we wouldn't be open ,

When I had my first KFC it was at the New branch on London road and I really enjoyed the taste of the coating but over the years I don't know what has gone wrong with the flavour ? But it has gone down hill . I went in today for a change and ordered my meal ( Scott served me 10/10 ) But when I went and stood waiting for my order it was at the top of the screen but it seemed to be the delivery drivers who had priority and also the drive thru , Also the other problem was the staff was getting in the way of each other causing the wait , The car park was not busy considering a Burger King and Costa coffee on the same site so why mine took so long to get I just...

Today I went to the KFC Grantham drive through and was completely shocked by the level of service, after explaining to the person on the first window that there must be an issue with the sound system on the ordering device as I was unable to hear at first at all, she was completely rude and miserable to me after I explained that I couldn’t hear her, she then basically through my food in a bag at me, after this my experience just got worse as the staff seemed to use this to give me bad quality food, which I discovered after I open the bag, they also have me no cutlery or napkin when I ordered something that clearly needs it, when I went in store to ask for cutlery another woman again smacked down a fork and a napkin. I know this is a KFC and many of my Have worker in fast food restraints so I know it can be frustrating and hard at times but staff should be expected to at least give good customer service and food as this is what they are paid for. Portions of fries are tiny and the staff are unwilling to provide basic service and assistance my bag was removed from my seat and I asked a staff member to return it to me and they did not want to grasp my request she simply said ‘huh’ and it was extremely rude as my request was clear and she could have answered with good attiquete and said pardon or please may you repeat that. To put the icing on the cake the stench inside the shop was horrendous and it smelt like a functioning slaughter house. I am extremely unsatisfied and would reccomend anyone even considering eating here to go to the near by Costa or simply find another place to eat.
