Mr Kebab & El Greco — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Awful. 1st and definitely the last time i use this takeaway. Pizza was ridiculously salty and cold, chicken was extremely dry and tough and the chips... well, they were obviously re-heated from last week, absolutely disgusting and more chewy than plastic. Even the chip box had several holes in it from chips that were too hot for it, picture taken as proof. To top it all off, i placed my food order at 18:51, delivery was initially confirmed online for 19:35 but then via email moments later for 20:05, picture taken as proof again. Food finally arrived at 20:29 following a call to the takeaway, where a shop employee told me the delay was due to having to cook more fresh chicken (which apparently takes an hour and a half, really?) but then the delivery drivery said the delay was due to road traffic incident, no accidents near-by according to local news online. Trading Standards and Environmental Health seriously need to check out this place asap!!! For the good of your health, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this...

I ordered a "mixed kebab" not so much mixed, it was about 85% donner meat (very very salty) , 5% chicken 5% lamb and 5% mince meat.. Very disappointed. 1 slice of cucumber cut in half and 1 slice of tomato for a £14.00 mixed kebab! ONE slice cut in half to make it look like there was more, I believe in second, third and fourth chances, but this is the final one.! I will never go back after 4 opportunities, as we are restricted on takeaways in wymondham... Really not happy! The person who delivered was grumpy, they phoned around 45 minutes after I placed the delivery order (on a weekday) asking if I wanted it to be delivered.. Really lacking in service, quality and customer service. I rarely say this but I wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a tasty and hot kebab!. The chicken was over cooked, the doner was very very salty but the 2 thin slices of lamb was really tasty. So sad the...

Terrible!!!! Having ordered through just eat everything was going well....ordered online at 6pm for delivery at 7.15pm....paid with card (over £30 order) went out,hence the 7.15 delivery request. Get a text from my daughter at 6.50pm saying the food was there!! Got home at just gone 7pm....food was cold (only ten mins) No salad in the kebabs and no free bottle of drink as advertised. Rung up and was then spoken to by the manager.....was told they overlooked the time,salad did not come with their kebabs and they forgot about the bottle of drink. NO apology was offered and a bottle of coke was sent out ten mins later once again with no apology! Have used before without a problem but attitude of manager was unacceptable and will not use again and my missus who always orders once a week for a residential home in the town will not be using them again...time for...
