We were a group of 12, however the table was set length ways so I couldn't hear anyone past the middle of thr table. It felt a little cramped with loud ambiance. This was a Saturday evening though. The staff are really friendly. However, I did call up hours before we were due to dine with dietary requests & was told that the chef would make up a gravy without thing things I was allergic to in. When it was time to order I was told that they actually hadn't done this, and there was nothing really I could have on the menu. So instead I ended up having dry tandoori chicken, with a decorative side salad, that had one of the 2 ingredients I can't eat in (onion) and I also had a bowl of rice. Over all I was really underwhelmed and wouldn't choose to eat here again. However my husband and fiends all seemd to enjoy there's. It has the 3 starts because they said they would do something they didn't, that resulted in my not sorting something different out and ending up not enjoying my meal.

Group of us visited Christmas Eve. Good atmosphere, friendly service. Able to take your own drink. Ordered Dal puri and Golgopa street food starters followed by range of main courses including vegetarian, Tandoori king prawn, king pawn biryani and Nowabi murgh keema with selection of rice and breads. Dhal puri and Golgopa were small, well presented, but served cold, lacked spice and a little underwhelming. The chicken pakora well cooked, crispy, and tasty. The mains dishes were plentiful and tasty, and not too spicy or salty. 👍 King prawns well cooked and meaty. The Nowabi Murgh Keema best with either chapati, naan or rice. Recommended. Certainly we’ll be going back.

A very nicely presented smart restaurant complete with Xmas decorations. It was very popular and quite rightly so on our Friday night visit. The service was ok but I suggest that the same effort should be made with new faces, as with the regulars. The food is very good but I would have liked a little bit more depth of flavour in my dish but no complaints otherwise. Taking your own alcohol is always a bonus given that prices are unsurprisingly on the rise.

Warning - don't go if you have a toddler or young child. They don't have high chairs and expect you to use your own seat...but they don't tell you that when you book. Booked online for 5 and wrote in the notes 4 x Adults and 1 x Toddler with High Chair please. Booking confirmation came through but at no point was there a call or email to say sorry we don't have a high chair. When we arrived, again no one said anything. We asked for the chair to be moved to put the high chair there...again nothing. It wasn't until 5 minutes later when we asked where it was to be told they didn't have one and to use our car seat. Food was nice but wouldn't say it was amazing, 2 of our group only ate half of their mains as they didn't like them. Ordered a cheese and garlic naan, it was swimming in cheese and greasy, could taste the garlic. It got busy very quickly after 6pm so was a popular place to eat but the atmosphere wasn't great as all your could hear was people shouting at eachother across the table. Very loud in there. Felt very sorry for anyone sitting next to the big group who were shouting away encouraging their kids to say the f...

First time visiting yesterday and wow! The restaurant is beautifully presented, clean throughout, with welcoming atmosphere and staff who were very polite and attentive. Food was no other than delicious. I am a fussy diner and don't tend to eat the chilli sauce with poppadoms, but their was so tasty, I actually ate it 😊 our mains were cooked to perfection! Everything was done as we asked, food tasted freshly cooked with quality ingredients, my friend even made a comment, that I don't normally eat as much, which is the proof itself. We don't drink so we didn't mind that they don't have alcohol licence, however don't let that be why you don't go in and try out this restaurant. Thank you guys, we will be back! Plus, Kinver is just a stunning...
