A lovely place to go walking with the entire family, kids enjoyed it, views were spectacular and it wasn't very busy at all
I like how once your in their its just nature sounds no sounds of cars, its just beautiful
There's no charge for parking and its very clean no rubbish at all, so if you do have any rubbish just hold onto it until you get to the exit where you will find a bin
There's popular trail paths which lead to rock caves aswell as houses built into rocks which are interesting, caves are open but I think the rock houses have a fee and a slot needs to be booked in advance due to covid social distancing, we didn't know about the rock houses fee and thus didn't go in, but we there is plenty still to see and breathe in the fresh clean air.

Not a single piece of rubbish in sight no matter where you are on the trail - which amazed me as a Stokie - as I can't recall anytime I've gone for a walk around say Roaches, Park Hall and not seen something akin to a dump truck that dropped its load all round a walk
Fantastic views all round - especially Granny's Rock - amazing spot to just sit and have a rest
So much so that my friend and I seemed to have made friends with one of the Red Breasted Robins as it was extremely inquisitive whilst we sat and rested
Well worth the drive out and works well for people who either want just somewhere to get away from city centre noise for an little bit or spend a few hours just enjoying...
Read moreExcellent day out and plenty to do to split day between looking around cave/rock houses and having a picnic as well as taking a trek around Kinver Edge. There is three different paths to take depending on time and stamina. Longest being the 5mile purple route. There's a shorter 3 mile and 2 mile as well. We split the day at the rock houses (staff were really pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable) then at bottom had a picnic. Followed by the 5 mile trek. Easy for kids to do. Does have some climbs and descents. Overall a very scenic and enjoyable walk. Well worth doing. Very...
