Chaska Grill Da — Restaurant in South Tyneside

Ordered a couple of times in the past and all been good. However last night we ordered £37 worth of food and will never be ordering again.!! Delivery took over an hour and a half and when rang to enquire twice where food was only told " its out for delivery". Delivery guy must have gone to Amble before us in Jarrow. All food freezing cold.!! All chips were inedible as cooled and gone mushy. Pizzas could have been reheated but looked like been used as a shot put in a throwing competition. Half stuck to box and rest mushed in a corner. And as for the chicken kebabs...freezing chicken which was drier than the Sahara. Even my dog turned his nose up at the chicken and he eats his own vomit if I don't get to it first to clean up.! I would of complained directly but after the attitude of the woman when I rang to see where food was I'll not bother as don't need that negative energy in my life.! Ordered a chicken kebab tonight and was really looking forward to it as the other food we’ve had from here has been amazing. The chicken was so bland like it was grilled with no seasoning was just plain chicken slightly dry. Will order again but not the kebab delivery time was spot on and driver was very friendly

Ordered again delivery took 1hr 20 minutes the pizza was absolutely freezing decided to retry the chicken kebab was absolutely burnt black like not even grilled burnt to bits so it was like chewing on a brick of coal ended up eating the salad by itself which thankfully was fresh & edible. First of all I always order from this place. Never normally have a problem. Fast delivery and usually got food. I've had a few problems in past with cold meals. Today I ordered a meal deal which was £21.95 which ended up costing me £27+ altogether, secondly the chips were cold, the onion rings were disgusting and seemed raw and lastly the 2 wraps which I asked for chicken tikka and donner turned out to be normal chicken with barely any sauce in either and one wrap was burnt and all chicken inside you could smell the burnt smell off it.
