Honestly it's an absoloute disgrace, we ordered two large pizzas as well as some sides last night. about an hour and a half after we ordered, there was still no sign of the pizza, so me and my boyfreind tried to ring up (well he did I'm terrible on the phone). Then when we finally get an answer, the call handler began to have a go at us as the address was wrong on the system and they've sent it about 20 doors down from us (we live on a big street). However after double checking uber eats our address was correct which we had put down as we have it saved on our uber eats. She continued to argue with my boyfriend over the phone until she eventually agreed to remake the order. Anouther hour later as we are about to ring up again we finally get a knock on the door. Its the delivery guy, with not even half our order, and our order was pretty big last night. One entire deal was missing, which was a large pizza, cookie and side, both the wraps were missing that we ordered and both the drinks. By the time we received our food the shop had shut so we were unable to reorder and didn't even get half of our money refunded. It's an absolute disgrace! Upon informing the south shields dominos pizza they first said they delivering garlic break in 10 minutes but after 10 minutes in another call, they said they still working on it and in another call after 15 minutes more they manager said he cannot see our garlic bread order and we need to place new order for full pizza and garlicn bread. Then he says it’s going to take lot of time to deliver as they busy. I explained to them about how their system and driver has messed with our order but the manager didn’t helped at all. I explained that we ready to place whole new order but needs on priority as garlic bread was for our little son who was not happy with his part of order missing. Read moreShocking attitude from one of the staff members. I was waiting at the door for a collection. No one came. I called loudly several times and no one answered, yet I could see them. I moved the corona collection point ever so slightly to pop my head in (from the door). This chap with the beard was extremely rude and abrupt and shouted for me to get out. I did. I explained to this chap that I was waiting for 5 min and calling. No apology. He continued his angry/aggressive attitude. On leaving after such a poor attitude, I didn't feel I should say thanks especially after the poor service - and he sarcastically shouted after me "your welcome".
