Greggs — Restaurant in South Tyneside

just went into greggs jarrow and the customer service skills from a certain individual with brown hair serving on tills on Saturday 19th November 2022 at 14:45, we went to the tills asking if they had any Mexican chicken oval sandwiches and one woman went out of the way to actually find out for us, she was blonde older lady, however there was another woman who had brown hair who was shaking her head at customers, saying it’s manic etc, we then got told they didn’t have some in stock, which is fair enough, we then proceeded to leave, we opened the door and one of your staff with brown hair shouted at us saying ‘shut the door I’m sick of chasing these birds out’ (which may I add was done in such a nasty manner) whoever has hired this woman needs to reconsider their decision as you can’t be having people like that working for your store speaking to members of the public like absolute dirt. Won’t...

We don't go very often and over the years we've noticed the ever decreasing size of the stotties. I even attempted to raise the subject with one of the staff... Her response.. "they're all made by hand" and I just stood there thinking I'm pretty sure most bakers weigh their dough in order to get even sizes, it's a practice that's been used by the professionals for years. Still waiting for an explanation on the stottie shrinkage!

The second issue is their cheese n onion pasties, they just don't taste the same.. I never used to suffer allergies from their pasties years ago.. I can't touch the things now, they don't even taste like cheese anymore.

The only thing we buy from here now is the shrunken stotties... And that's only a couple of times a year.

They have disgusting service for the customers online the staff named emilia, I was speaking in english she continuously saying she doesn’t understand what am after. I told her i gave first three digits of my order to check where is it she didn’t even heard all and said its been delivered. Later delivery guy told they had to make it twice it was 75 minutes late. And just they don’t wanna work or help us those who are really struggling. Never coming back to Greggs and just eat they are disgrace for someone emotions. They don’t know what might other person is...
