Extremely Disappointing Experience - Consistent Issues and Substandard Food Quality I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with a recent order placed at the McDonald's located at Towers Place, Newcastle Road, Jarrow, South Shields NE34 9QD. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident, as I have consistently experienced missing items and quality issues with my orders from this location. My most recent visit, immediately after finishing work at 12:00 PM today, was particularly egregious: Cold and Unacceptable Food: Upon receiving my order, I found the chips to be completely cold, as if they had been frozen. I had to wait several additional minutes at the drive-thru for a replacement order of chips. Substandard Burger Quality: The double cheeseburger I received was also unacceptably cold and, frankly, disgusting. The overall quality was far below the standard I would expect from McDonald's. Diluted Beverage: To further compound the issues, the Coca-Cola I ordered was heavily diluted, tasting more like tap water with virtually no carbonation or flavor. Lack of Receipt: I was also unable to obtain a receipt for my order, which is concerning. The recurring issues with missing items, combined with the consistently poor food quality (cold, unappetizing, and diluted drinks), make it clear that there are significant operational and quality control problems at this specific location. I am extremely disappointed and, based on this and previous experiences, I will unfortunately not be returning to this McDonald's until I see evidence of substantial improvements and positive changes in customer reviews. This establishment is currently delivering an absolutely horrible and discarded...

Me and my taxi colleagues have used this place for years but noticed alot of the staff has changed over the last 18 months. We also noticed the standards have gone down hill and we said this was the last time we will be using this place.

The kitchen area didn't look particularly clean today 04 /01/20 at around 01.20 especially where the french fries are cooked, the floor area was minging with lots of old sqaushed chips and boxes all around and under it.

We all got big Mac meals, the burgers as well as fries were all cold, we were on shift so didn't have time to complain and wait for fresh, anyway they shouldn't be like that in the first place.

A few days back I quickly nipped in for just fries and a coffee again the fries were cold but also didn't taste like they were cooked properly.

Soap missing in the gents toilets, not good

Needless to say that's alot of business they will lose from alot of taxi drivers....

This place just gets worse each time I visit. Which is very rare. Placed my order and waited 15 minutes before my drink was brought out. He then saw me waiting again and asked if I was waiting for food... surely he should know that. He asked to see the receipt so he knew what food I'd ordered and said it won't be long. After another 10 minutes, the food was presented in a bag, I happily took it and went home. Upon arriving home and looking in the bag, the full order is not in the bag, fair to say I was furious! I have paid for my meal, I expect to receive that meal. I rang them and the only thing they could do was give me a code the get the missing item when I am next in there. Apparently, they could not have the missing item delivered, even though they offer a delivery service. Absolutely disgusting service, very slow (ironic for a fast food restaurant), and absolutely rubbish at solving customers issues....
