I fancied something different so I decided to get a quarter pounder and a Donna kebab

Quarter Pounder was great

it's been sometime since I had a Donna I have never seen anybody produce a Donna like that the pitta bread was at the button of the tray mate salad and chili sauce were on top how are you supposed to eat it i didn't realise it until I got home so I took the meat and salad off the pitta bread and put it where it should have gone in the first place.

By the time I got home and realised they had closed so I was going to pop in today to see why they didn't want they did.

Checked the website out just to see if the format had change and to my surprise the picture of a Donna was not what they gave me yesterday.

There is no way I could have eaten that in my car if this is something they have started I do think they should give you the option to have a knife and fork but after all it is a takeaway

I guess I just got someone that didn't know what they were doing and that says a lot because it's quite easy to put a Donna together so I will not be going back there again but what I will do is copy paste this on a few platforms I have taken a picture but having problems trying to add it but I will come...

Rude staff, worst experience ever. So I placed order today for delivery large kebab and small shish kebab. I asked to pay by card was told they will charge me 0.50p extra. Due to current situation we all are furloughed by our employers and money is sparce. I said okay I pay by cash as I was going to treat myself today as have not had a takeaways for months. I received my order after one hour, when I opened my large container i was shocked to see a lot of salad with a tiny bit of chicken spread over the big box. I called them to say I have received a small portion of kebab even though I paid for large. Manager started screaming and swearing over the phone and said he will send me a replacement but It will take another 1 hour and I am not allowed to touch that food. So that means my partner eating without me or just wait for hers to go cold waiting for mine. He then carried on swearing and hang up. I called back and said I want refund he told me not to touch the food and if one bit of salad is missing he will not give me my money back. So I waited another an hour for driver to come back. He took my food and put it on the bin to check whether I have eaten anything. Disgusting never going to order...

This evening I ordered a 12" hawaiian pizza and 45 mins later I call to see where my order is to be told it was in transit yet another 30 mins went past and then the pizza was arrived for it to be freezing cold yet I phoned them bk up and yet they said sorry busy and fobbed off after the 4th call back they said they would replay my pizza yet I didn't agree that was enough I asked for a refund as well as replacement pizza as I felt it wasn't my fault at all and hope that people order other places as there isn't a quik friendly service like advertised. What a disappointment I will now have to microwave my takeaway pizza 2 mins after getting it delivered and from experience domino's are the same distance if not further from my address and my pizza is...
