How is it a Fake review when you microwaved and when I complained, your staff eventually gave a refund? Why didn't they mention or use your air fryer? YOU ARE THE ONE HIDING BEHIND LIES! SCREENSHOT ATTACHED OF REFUND! JOKERS!

Awful place. Slow service. What's worst is all the hot food like Samosa chat and pakoras are microwaved!!!!! So they are soft instead of crispy/crunchy. No idea why they don't use mini ovens/air fryers to reheat? Not sure why they treat their customers like this. They wouldn't serve their home guests like this so why do they treat their shop customers like this? The other Asian shops close by manage to do normally...

We ordered some of the indian street food (samosa chat, masala burger and spinach pakora) the taste was good but they had all been reheated in the microwave which ruined the texture.

Advice for the owner: If the food item has been deep fried ahead of time (acceptable), then either chuck it back in to to deep fryer for a minute or grill it, otherwise it will turn into a shoe in the microwave.

Regarding the masala burger, the bun should be toasted on the inside which can be done on a grill, the burger itself was more of a pav bhaji curry so the microwave is fine for that.

A few minor changes would bring it up...

Staff is very very polite, cheerful and energetic. Food is delicious. Juice, Milkshake, Thali and Falooda is their speciality. Atmosphere is great, lightings twinkling, brighting up the place at night. Service is great, very very fast, if someone is in hurry getting late for their work and wants to fill their tummy at the same time I think they can rely on this place as the service is really fast. I would promote and definitely recommend this place to others as this is only pure vegetarian place...
