I have to say this was single handedly the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. Ordered at 5:30pm and arrived at 7:30pm from Portswood to woodmill. This order totalled £40, £10 for the smallest chicken and rice I have ever seen, I'd say child's portion at best, which was also missing a salad. We were told the salad missing was part of the £8 salad we purchased on the side with feta. 1 chicken strip when it said chicken strips in the uni box, with a pathetic soggy salad ,barely warm soggy chips from the salad juice too. The order we were told over the phone (when chasing )had been ready for a while so it was sat there. Told we'd get it all fresh but it was noticeably not fresh.
Will not order form here again and I suggest others don't either. eating in looks all nice on the photos online but that is not what you get at all
Asked for even a partial refund or something as a sorry etc and this was rejected. Told next time we order ask for the manager and explain to them which never...

Stumbled across this Turkish restaurant in Southampton completely on a whim while picking up a camera in Argos (across the road) and what a find! The food was absolutely excellent—rich in flavour, perfectly cooked, and truly authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You could tell a lot of care went into every dish.

Honestly, places like this should be everywhere! If you’re in Southampton and love great food, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreThis is a fairly new restaurant and everywhere needs a chance to improve. These are some recommendations based on a recent visit. If you want to be a restaurant and not just a takeaway, aim to cook the food slightly less (rice was slightly overcooked and meat was slightly dry). Getting the door fixed is also important to keep people comfortable. The restaurant has potential, but, it needs to be run independently from the takeaway approach to food, to compete with some of the other excellent Turkish restaurants in the city and reach...
