Subway — Restaurant in Southampton

Waited over an hour for a sandwich, cancelled the order in the end. Tried phoning restaurant but no answer. Now I have a hungry child, tried ordering again, this time just for her as I'm too fed up to eat at this stage, they took 40 mins to prepare 1 pizza slice and 5 cheesy balls. This is ridiculous, wanted nice lunch with my daughter as her school is closed today, I ordered from Subway so many time with no issues but after today, I won't do it again.
