H&H Fried Chicken and Kebabs — Restaurant in St Albans

Ordered 2 plain chicken rolls via phone, specifically mentioning that I do not eat lettuce. I was quoted 20 minutes for collection, which is perfect as it takes me 20 minutes to get there. When I got there the food was not ready, which is no problem at all; as the store seemed rather busy. A while later I collected my food and drove all the way home. When I opened the wraps, it was all rammed full of lettuce and mayo. I confirmed the order via phone before collectiom as well. This is not fair, I spent money, time and fuel to collect this; I phoned ahead and confirmed before collection.... I did everything correct. So let me tell you about my two experiences of this establishment. I can only say amazing things about this place. Firstly the customer service was top notch 10/10 for me. I spoke with the owner Emre and he was a delight. Watching him interact with all his customers with a smile on his face and taking time to get to know them was a breath of fresh air. I had the honour of speaking with him and was blown away by his attitude and kindness. Even when I visited the second time he remembered my name 👌🏾. The food was 10/10 both times. Delicious food & friendly service!

H&H Fried Chicken and Kebabs is one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh, tasty, and made with care. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, full of flavor every time I order. Their kebabs are also excellent – tender, well-seasoned, and served hot.

What makes this place stand out even more is the service. The staff are always welcoming, polite, and quick to prepare orders. Whether I eat in or take away, everything is consistent, clean, and enjoyable.
