Visited with my mum, sister and brother in law for his birthday and it wasn't the best experience. We love miller and carter but my sister accidentally booked the wrong one but didn't realise until we arrived. She was gutted as remembered she'd heard from the friend that it wasn't great but we remained open minded.

We entered the restaurant/bar areas and noticed it looked quite dated compared to other ones we'd been to. We were greeted promptly and taken to our table where we were told there was no heating so recommended we not choose the table by the window. We were cold and so we're told we could order hot drinks free of charge... we did so however this didn't help so we had to sit and eat our meals with our coats on which isn't ideal at all. We were freezing cold, numb hands and feet while eating a meal and couldn't wait to get out and go home. Unfortunately, this ruined our experience which was a shame as the food was nice (although not as good as I've had from other miller and carters) and the lady that waited on our twble was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make our experience as best it could possibly be, very friendly and bubbly!

All on all it was a disappointing experience and we wouldn't return to this restaurant in the future.
