Came here on this occasion for my 30th Birthday with my parents (been many times before but haven't had chance in a long time, and finally convinced my parents to come with me for their first time). Fantastic food, super tasty, really good variety and good value for money. Loved finally getting to eat good quality ramen again, and enjoyed tasting some new/different bits.

Amazing service, super friendly staff. Kudos to the young man and woman attending to people at the door/seating them (so sorry I couldn't remember your names). Kept everyone well informed about wait times and made pleasant talk to the various guests waiting.

Particular shoutout to our waiter Adam (with the mohawk and awesome tatts), he was very knowledgeable, really friendly and welcoming. Went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the food and were enjoying our time at Wagamamas, made great conversation too.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and our evening. Will definitely be returning. 5* would...

Incredibly rude staff arrived for lunch and took a seat outside was not acknowledged I then caught the attention of a waiter who brought the lady over to give me a menu this same lady had been looking at me through the window for 15 mins prior to coming over when she gave us the menus she said “next time if you come please wait before taking a seat so that we know you are here otherwise we are not sure what you want” firstly she knew I was there as she could see me through the window which are floor to ceiling windows secondly what on earth did she think I was there for? I had just taken a seat at a restaurant obviously I wanted food? The restaurant wasn’t busy in-fact the amount of staff outweighed the amount of customers she was just annoyed I didn’t follow her “process” food was ok but wouldn’t come to this restaurant again based on the attitude of the servers could potentially do with...

Food was okay- starters way better than mains, mains lacked flavour. When we went in all the staff seemed to be on their lunch break in the restaurant, all huddled on one bench at the back busy eating. Even later on they were still randomly sat on the bench we had to keep calling someone if we ever needed something - there was no attention to the shop floor/customers in store. It took ages to get someone's attention to place our orders, my husband's order was wrong, no apology they just changed it but we had to keep asking when it was coming, again no update or apology, it was just brought to our table when it was ready. Noticed even when they were putting food on other people's tables, there was no eye contact, no talking, no telling people what the item was, no smiling just food being plonked in front of the customer. We love wagamamas but probably wouldn't come back...

2021: Ok. The food was not great this time. But they still get 4 stars as they DO listen to you when you're unhappy and look to sort it for you. A little bit of push back but not enough to be upset. The dividers along the long table allow for some safety during Covid times and they are cleaning tables before guests are seated. Good to see. We had: Vegan squid - 8/10 (not as good as Staines branch!); Vegan ribs - 1/10 yuk too burnt although texture good; Yaki soba with extra ginger - 9/10 yum; chicken raisukaree - NOT mild despite the description! We went it back as too spicy despite picking the chilli out! - coconut icecream - disappointed as no passion fruit sauce and the toffee sauce just doesn't work instead. Bit too "bitty" and sweet too. 2023 June: Sunshine and outdoors. No more vegan squid 😔 the Bang Bang cauliflower IS very spicy. The mushroom Bao buns delicious.

I don't know how people put up with this slop and think it's good food! Seriously, got delivery yesterday. We both got ramen. There was no broth. Either somebody forgot to put it in or the noodles absorbed the entire bowl. The noodles were soggy and there was like zero protein. The steak is literally like meat floss. Even the kimchi was minimal. It's not exactly cheap either at 15 quid a bowl. We also got some tiny dumplings/gyoza which tasted horrid. There was no meat in there either it was just like some goo paste. Gross. Honestly, it's disgusting how establishments want to rip you off so much by overloading you with cheap carbs and give you very little low quality protein. Then have the cheek to charge you 15 quid for a bowl of noodles essentially. Listen, if you're going to sell ramen send the broth separately. Duh. Anyways, don't recommend whatsoever.

Fantastic Food, Thoughtful Staff, and Excellent Allergy Care at Wagamama I had a wonderful experience at Wagamama. Not only was the food fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, but the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere.A special mention goes to the manager, who personally takes orders for anyone with allergies. It’s clear how seriously they take allergy safety, which is both reassuring and deeply appreciated. The manager was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was handled carefully,it really made a difference.Wagamama continues to be a favorite spot of mine. Between the delicious dishes and the exceptional team, it’s always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended!
