Shocking experience on Friday 8 November. I witnessed a customer being threatened with the employee leaning across the counter to physically intimidate him and asking him to ‘take this outside’. Praise to the young male customer who simply ignored him. A very agitated customer somehow managed to go behind the counter to confront another member of staff with shouting going on from both sides. Customers were being served in the wrong order which caused yet more upset and arguments. My friend had ordered our food and we waited outside for about 40 minutes and went to ask where the order was up to only to be told we hadn’t placed an order!!! My friend had to almost supervise them in preparing the kebabs as they were throwing anything on to it. £24 for a terrible experience. I have never witnessed such poor customer service and will not be going there again. I also won’t allow my son and his friends to order from there again. They lost a number of loyal and frequent customers after last nights...

Ordered 1hr30 ago and no food. Called when I placed the order to check I could pay with card when they delivered and spoke to a woman who took my address and said that paying with card was fine. 1hr goes by and no food so I call again and speak to a man who also took my address to “check the system” and says a driver is round the corner. Another 20 minutes go by and I decide to call again because at this point I’m starving and it’s 9:40pm at night, they pass me onto a manager who says my order isn’t on the system and the woman is new. I have a screenshot of the website saying my order was “successfully registered” but apparently it isn’t on the system. I didn’t even get a sorry at the very least and I am now having to order and wait for another takeaway from an established restaurant. No manners, 2 different people were useless. Will not be...

Tonight i ordered 3 pizzas mozzarella bites and jalapeño bites and chips. Every single pizza was burnt. The chicken and mozzarella bites were also burnt. Even the chips were soggy. I then phoned up to complain and the phone was put down on me. They turned up with more food but would not let me see it. So i then refused the food. It took them another half an hour to bring my money back. I attempted to call a number of times the phone was put down on me once again. After that i called again and they just did not ansa my call.
