Commercial Hotel — Restaurant in St Helens

We were walking down Station Rd towards Rainhill station in the baking sun and we were half an hour early. So we were thinking where can we go and miraculously found we were walking towards the Commercial so we had to go in. Both doors were wedged open to let cool air flow through, a very good idea. Inside we had a pint and sat by the back doors that were open also and there was a lovely breeze blowing through.
