Costa Coffee — Restaurant in St Helens

Bought a oat flat white which when I sat down looked like a white Americano. Took it back and queried what I had been served but was told the oat milk is watery and that's just how it looks... so I asked for a black Americano instead to replace. The girls were polite and did this alongside a refund to the correct price. I just wanted a nice tasting coffee hit to be honest (especially when paying £4.20!) and not a really long milky drink, as flat whites should be a short option... however the black Americano was just as bad in flavour and super diluted.
