Domino's Pizza - St Helens - South — Restaurant in St Helens

24th December 2024 just before 11 am I ordered 2 vegan pizzas online, one vegie and one peperoni. I collected them at 11.15 am. When I got home I realised that the peperoni on my pizza was not Vegan but real peperoni! I didn't feel like driving back to the shop, so I kept the pizza until Thursday 26th December when they reopened at 11 am. I told the person behind the counter what had happened. He apologised and offered to refund me and cook me another pizza for free. I said that I only wanted another vegan pizza. He cooked me another pizza. I carried it to the car and checked it; it was again "wickedly" made with real peperoni, so I binned it straight away and decided to write this review. I have been 100% Vegan 5 years now and I take it very seriously! I am not happy that someone try to make me eat meat twice for obscure reasons. I have been a head chef 4 times in the past for several years beforeto be vegan. Hence, I know meat and for the last five years I now also know Vegan meat. Wicked mind, not civilised...! Very wrong, ignorant and petit...! I am now scared to order pizza!!! Stay away from dominos st helens south...! Most good reviews are fake, edited by staff...

customer service was appalling. I wasn’t aware that you had to pay only through card. the cashier “Alisha” served us and forgot to mention that before we told her the order. she wasn’t really friendly and gave off the vibe she was moody. I did all I could to be nice to her and try and understand what it’s like working in a hot environment during a heatwave. we left to get a card and when we got back she didn’t at all look happy to see us. she just side eyes me and my friend in quite a rude manner. before we came here in general, me and my friend checked the order through the website so we knew how much it would sum up to. our order came up to around £22.56. when she took our order for the second time it ended up being a whopping £29.31. Ordered on the app for collection and food was ready fast and was hot, we got a half & half pizza to share and fries. It was clear to see what side of the pizza was what, the fries were disappointing, I’ve had better homemade ones. The pizza quality is what you would expect from domino’s. It was on the expensive side for what we got but we used a voucher so this reduced it slightly. I would recommend it and use it again but definitely worth...
