Greggs — Restaurant in Stafford

Absolutely shocking customer service! Telling me I had said things that were not true to try and charge me extra for an item I didn’t want. Then, thought the amount was too small to warrant the refund for the item I actually asked for. Disgusting attitude from what I believe to be the manager at the time! I also noticed another negative review was left a few hours ago for the attitude of the staff! I understand people have bad days, however the last person you want to be taking that out on is the paying customer. Completely let...

Wow where do I start. Firstly the place is filthy bin overflowing with rubbish, dirty tables and floor, secondly there's never much food available, thirdly the staff are rude and never seem to have a clue what they have and what they don't have! Asked if there were any wedges left the girl who served me rudely said no but then a member of staff in the back shouted yes they're just preparing them! Such a shame cause where it is is very much needed but I certainly won't...

Used this Greggs the other day. It was great, the team there were happy and professional. There was a sizable queue, but the staff were getting down it quickly and efficently. Nice new store, looks good. The only issue this store has is there was a member of staff pretending to be the manager, and as I know the manager of this store it seemed a bit odd.
