McDonald's — Restaurant in Stafford

Well👀I have visited this restaurant since 2005. I assume management changed however this evening,I'm in shock concerning this store !! We entered expectin normal McDonald's standards...? Never have I seen this store so dirty. Around floors, food and wrappers ,tables dirty, bins full.!!

The food was fine. The service was brilliant. Someone in management helped me, as the offers available where only threw the app, as the latest app/competition where not available over the counter. He explained politely...

The store itself, definitely needes a Staff member cleaning tables and floor. Usually there is always a polite person, tidying and cleaning, perhaps she needs help.. My son noticed, every i pads, to occupy children were off" 👀 Parents were not happy who also came to eat... There was a cue, for home delivery's, but not inside the store. After we ate our meals leaving a young lady has started to whipe tables. Please "bins first !!! Not good 😐

I will be back..just hope staff constantly clean..as usual. !! 😋 don't avoid this store today.. Expect there usual high...

I've been poorly since :( We went through the drive through and the girl who took our order was lovely, but the girl on the second window had to keep checking what we'd ordered, which was odd. We dbl checked it ourselves and this was fine. It was the food itself that was terrible. My friends chicken burger was cold and stale, with the fries looking uncooked and very soggy. My Big Mac was cold and tasted strange and my fries were the same, soggy. The food had blatantly been sat there for a really long time, but it was my understanding that the food is supposed to be prepared fresh every time or at least not have been sat there. The main issue is that half an hour later, I had to rush to the toilet with horrific stomach pains and haven't really left the bathroom since. I feel very unwell and ate nothing else through the day that could have caused this. Demand they make it fresh and cook it thoroughly, as it tasted like something was wrong...

Visited this evening with my husband. 27.12.23. We were giving our McFlurrys first and told to wait in one of the bays, which is fine. But for us to wait ten minutes with our ice creams. Which means they are melting, We drove back round still waiting for our food and asked for it to be replaced. And to be told no that is what we do we give them first and told they aren't melted and we won't replace, if they new how long we were going to wait they should of not gave them first. He was rude grinning and thinking he was clever, rubbish customer service. Then continued to tell us his worked here for 15 years. His name is Adam, you can see his attitude has rubbed off on his staff as well. I am a gm for similar work. And I would not treat my customers like this. It's bad business and should be dealt with. I won't be coming to this McDonald's again. Happy New...
