Lovely little Pub at the top end of Stone High Street, I've only been in a few times (I'm in here as I write this). Fantastic range of Titanic beers, local brewery I'm told. The Plum Porter is exceptional, I'd been given a couple of bottles of this great beer a few years ago when I was managing Pubs in London. Lovely staff and customers. Popped in by myself for a pint after a bit of shopping and ended up staying far longer than I intended. Titanic brewery took this traditional pub and made it so much nicer than it was 30 years ago, whilst maintaining it as a community resource. Clientele ranges in age and social outlook, but all are friendly and welcome. Off sales, snacks, food some days but not all so check ahead. Parking nearby but not directly on site.
