Absolutely disgusted and thoroughly disappointed. Firstly there were no children's menu's available on any of the tables so we had to order via the app, which wasn't an issue I've used it before in other Wetherspoons with ease. However when our drinks arrived there was absolutely zero 'hospitality' in the service, no greeting, no smile and when I asked if I could possibly have a straw for my autistic granddaughters drink explaining she finds it easier I got a sigh in response. Secondly our food arrived, again without any kind of hospitality, I asked for the missing snack from our order and again no apology or anything the guy just disappeared and came back a few minutes later popping it on the table without a word. The nail in the coffin though was getting served my fish and chips where there was at best 10% fish, 60% batter and 30% grease on my plate, it was rock hard and completely inedible, the 15 chips were luke warm but edible, the peas were perfect. I wasn't able to complain because the queue was huge at the bar and there wasn't a visible member of staff available in the table area either. Friend got pushed down the stairs for singing, and then another member of the group got thrown into me outside by very mean and angry security staff because they were simply asking to speak to a manager regarding being thrown down the stairs for.. sining. This resulted in me getting pushed into a car and my phone smashing. Who knows what damage was done to the poor guys car but they wouldn't let us stick around long enough to find out. Very rude and aggressive staff, who would not show there ID badges or give there names. I heavily advise you keep the level of fun you have in here to a minimum else you too could get pushed down some stairs and thrown into people.

I went here yesterday evening. And customer service was very poor. Didn't receive starters after finding out they delivered it to the wrong table, even though the tables were numbered. Asked 3 waiting on members where our starters were. First 2 didn't have a clue when one was the person who delivered to the wrong table. She said that our mains weren't being prepared because the waiter that cleared our starters didn't inform the chef that we finished them to which we responded with "we haven't had our starters yet". One was just ignored our request of finding out how long it would be. After 45 mins of waiting and questioning where our food was we got our money back and left.
