Domino's Pizza - Stevenage - East — Restaurant in Stevenage

Order arrived with one pizza barely any colour to it and obviously still doughy. When I complained I got a call back from a manager who argued with me saying it was impossible and so on. I told him straight either replace the pizza or refund me. He then sent someone to collect it who wanted to take all the pizza s we'd ordered. Gave him the single one that was clearly wrong and got another call from the same manager again arguing and refusing to refund the order.

Iver never had such a bad experience. I got the pizza replaced but won't be using the stevenage east...

Called to place order for my free pizza ( that was offered last time due to such a mess up on last order ) places order , ordered extras said will pay cash for them on delivery . 40mins later get a call saying collection ready I explained that this was a delivery order and they panicked .
