Very disappointed at my experience tonight. Ordered 3 desserts, two set meals and one create your own. Lady behind the counter got very confused when asking for a set crepe, putting it through as a make your own waffle instead?

On the create your own, they advertise two scoops of gelato for £4.45. I asked for this on my create your own (which is step 4) and was charged for two single scoops, at the price of £5.90.

After realising the mistake, I went back up, and the other lady refunded me the difference in cost.

The food then came out, and the first two items were perfect. They then brought over a sundae glass filled to the brim with sorbet (which was the wrong flavour). I was then asked if I wanted my crepe plain, despite paying for 3 toppings. I then had to clarify again what I wanted on my crepe.

Overall a very disappointing experience. I’ve been to multiple other Kaspa’s and never had an experience like this. It’s a shame as the hot food was really nice, but the experience left a lot...

Utterly disappointed by the service received today by the lady on shift in the evening of 23/05/2024. I initially placed the order on deliveroo and the order arrived having been unpacked properly. The driver picked the order up and it fell through the bag as no cling film or cup lids were used properly to seal the drinks. Made a complaint to deliveroo and spoke to the lady at Kaspers who stated that we are still accepting order for 15 minutes. Placed the order in 5 mins but order was not accepted and gave a call to ask why she said now the store is closed. Asked to speak to the manager and she stated there was no manager in charge.
