10 of us went for a birthday dinner. We were put on 2 round tables pushed together, which was weird. There were plenty of available rectangular tables that could have been pushed together and there was only one other booking in the restaurant so I'm not sure why they did that. I was on the bit kind of between the 2 tables so I chose 1 but then almost had my back to most people on the other table.
We all choose the buffet menu which included 3 starters each, Peking duck or lamb and 2 main dishes each. We could have ordered more dishes, free of charge, but only if we finished all the dishes on the table. We went out as table for 9 people... mixed reviews.. some of us thought it was really nice 5 stars... but I personally took 1 bite of the chicken balls and a tad chewy And I usually demolish my chicken balls haha, I ate 1 and thats it.. and it also put someone else off when they took a bite.. the other food I Personally ate was nice 👌.. Service very good 👍.. a tad quite as only a few tables in there but would be perfect for a small hire of around 20 people or just a quite ish decent meal out..

Read moreThe food was very nice however it was bitterly tainted by the horrendous customer service. The lady that served us was extremely snappy and rude, she made no attempt to give a decent go at hosting. She only cracked a smile and a week show of small talk when it came to paying the bill as she handed us the card machine that requested our generosity to give a tip.
It was a shame because the food was nice and they're local to us so it would have been a regular place for us to enjoy Chinese cuisine with our friends and family but after that experience we won't be going...
