I'll start with some staff at this store as discussed and unprofessional The manager of the store need to be retrained on allergy awareness, I have to ask.if any fish item have been cooked before I can order the manager refered to as he in this review tells customers it's OK the oven will burn out all allergies, he is rude, and misrible all the time from what we have herd on multiple visits is that he is rude to his staff does not like females, I will make this clear this is not jake, but the store manager, the store is badly managed come un to find dirty trays and glasses, cup and trays everywhere and left for long periods of times Some staff don't listen to customers at all they pay little or.no attention to customers and don't give the customers the choice to choose the milk they want there drink made with On to the nice staff jake , Cheryl, Debbie, and younger girl with glasses wow you guys are fabulous and a pure credit to the brand and its values you are attentive to customers and there needs and the experience that you give is welcoming and friendly with a burst of care and attention, each customer to to guys are cared for with the values of costa and what it stands for

Would like to see some Christmas's decs up in store as looks very drab and not festive at all apart from the begging box on the counter please for.kids, families and every one else spread the joy with a bit of festive joy if it wasn't for the good staff mentioned I would not be returning to this store and in the many years I have been devoted to costa coffee this is truly.the worst store I can visit just purely to the rudeness of the few members of staff that hold no professionalism,

After a previous visit with my husband who left a review my self and Sean can say tha8ng at this costa has improved the service is now alot better we are been treated with warm welcome better knowledge of food allergies and staff are million time more consistent with service asking 9f thing are OK, what milk we would like and better attentiveness to cleaning of the table and sitting area staff are now listening to customers it great to see that every thing that was put in sean parrys review has been address sean would happily leave a better review now but google won't allow him to post a review on this location just yet again thank-you to staff and management at costa tunstall for listening to us and taking on board what has been said greatly improved keep going guys you are...
