I would of put five stars as I used to like it fron this place but they mix up my orders too much or forget something (a lot) and then tonight I had my usual donner and chips, I put in the comments like I ALWAYS do to have mayo on it (which they never mess up - sometimws they dont put any mayo on it but thats better than the one Im allergic to). So tonight they ended up putting a lot of garlic mayo on it n I didnt realise until it was too late. I kept thinking it was just pepper as Ive never had garlic mayo as anything with garlic in Im allergic to! So I called up to confirm what sauce they used n he said garlic mayo. When I told them I was allergic to that sauce they just said theyd give me one without the sauce?! Like seriously?! Im allergic to garlic mayo n you are just going to offer me the correct stuff i ordered now?! Yeah okay Il just eat it after Ive dealt with my throat swelling (y) NEVER am I ordering from here again. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a Michelin star and a standing ovation from every hungry human in the country. This place isn’t just a takeaway it’s a religion. I’ve ordered weekly without fail, and let me tell you, I’d cancel plans with my nan for this food (sorry nan).

To the people complaining about portion sizes... are you ordering with your eyes closed? I’ve seen smaller parcels from IKEA. The Chicken Special Kebab is an actual beast, a glorious mountain of meat, a few hidden veg, and sauce sent from the heavens. You’ll need both hands and probably a nap afterwards. The garlic sauce? Liquid gold. I’d bathe in it if I could. And don’t get me started on the Matilda Cake, moist, chocolatey, criminally underrated. It’s basically therapy in a slice.

If you’re disappointed with this place, go back to your beige box of McNuggets and leave the real food to the big boys.

Can't say much re the food , I called for Chips,it was either old oil or those Gluten / yellowish naturally greasy fries I didn't eat , ordered a piece of Cheesecake after seeing them in the display , I wanted a certain one after being pushed towards a Strawberry 🍓 cheesecake ,so when I asked if I could change from the £3 strawberry ,I was informed the display ones were £4.60 ,so after a £5 Shake plus fries and what I found to be a pre packed typical motorway service station desert ,awful , I'd spent over 10 quid for A Milkshake because the fries as I say were cheap , if you have a gluten free diet or allergy ,ask , would I go again ? Yes, to try a pizza , but with being new to the area ,the guy informed me they'd been there 10 plus years , so to the owner , "I'd revisit your ethics and don't be complacent " , take it as you want ,but the guy who took my money isn't someone I'd have steering my ship as his knowledge was...
