KFC — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

I never thought I would hear my 47 years old dad, delivery driver, tell me that he goes to KFC to pick up an order and ends up being verbally harassed and made fun off by the employers because he’s not the perfect English speaker. He went to pick up an order the other night and the employers told him to cancel it because there is no chicken left. When he tried to explain to them that he has to request to his operator to cancel the order they started to yell at him and took him out of the shop. He said those employers looked very young, probably younger than 20, so he didn’t want to start arguing and went out. The thing is, the delivery company he works for has a protocol, you can’t leave the restaurant or its surrounding area until you pick up the order or have the cancellation confirmed by an operator, if you leave the GPS will report and believe you kept the order for yourself, therefore they are not going to pay you. Weird protocol, but what can you do. He was waiting in the parking lot for the cancellation, but those same employers came out circled him and started yelling at him to leave, they said he will get a parking ticket because the parking is private. They probably thought he doesn’t know how to read the sing, considering the fact that he mispronounces some words, but the sign was saying that you are allowed to station for 90 minutes. They only calmed down after he told them he is willing to call the police. If I could give the goldenhill branch 0 stars I would , took over half an hour waiting on the carpark for my partner to enter the branch to see where our drive through order was only to find out it hadn't even been started !!!!!! The kids ice creams had melted and ended up with new ones which then had to be refreshed as they melted , finally after 45 mins our food was done , and management apologised a lot and I was given a full refund due to the wait but the reason for the massive delay ........ We've got a trainee chef/cook on !!!!!!!!!! Seriously !!!!!!!!!!! Told management they shouldn't be hiding in the back they should be delegating and keeping their customers informed of delays etc wether its face to face or through the drive through and also there should be a fully trained chef/cook in the back showing the trainee what to do until they were competent to do the job on their own , I was only asked to park up after I'd paid , if they would've informed me of the delay before hand then I would've just gone somewhere else who would've served me food in atleast 10-15mins at the most . And when we get home we were missing part of our order and the food was literally like it was thrown in the bag , chips not in their bags etc just in the bottom of the main bag !!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered via uber eats and deliveroo on a few occasions and I have never had a correct order yet. Did avoid KFC for almost a year but decided to have another try today and they didn't disappoint yet again order was incorrect true to form. Ordered a variety bucket & a hot wings bucket, the variety bucket includes 8 hot wings but there was none in the variety bucket so we assumed that they may put them in with the hot wings bucket but when we checked there was no extra wings in the bucket. To be honest I have been charged alot of money for goods I have never had. This has been reported to the store on numerous occasions and you get given a reference number if they actually answer the phone which is rare but if you leave it to long to hand in your reference number then they cannot find any record of it so its not honored. One of my orders had over £8 of goods missing and when I went in to the store I was told they knew nothing about it despite giving them the name of the person I spoke to.
