Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

The second time in little over a month that my delivery was more than 30 mins late. I ordered online at 5:30pm and specified that I wanted the pizza delivering for 7pm. Plenty of time you'd thing to make this request possible. After 30 mins I called the store and the woman I spoke to said/lied that the driver was near. I said that I wasn't happy with the service and didn't want the pizza anymore. 10 mins late the driver arrived. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I decided to accept the pizza only for him not to have my £10 change and saying he'd have to go back to the store to get it. TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS????

Placed my order at 7:17, called at 7:52 because the tracker was still on the first step, was told it was actually in the oven. Called again at 8:21 and was told they were making it, when I mentioned that half an hour ago I was told it was in the oven they then told me the app had crashed (what’s that got to do with anything?). At 9:08 the app said my food had been delivered, I waited a few minute to see if it turned up but didn’t, so called again at 9:14 when u was told that they were remaking it and it would be “10-15 minutes.” Just constant lies.

The food is nice but waiting over 2 hours to get two pizzas is...

I ordered a sizable order from Just eat and provided all of the relevant information that it asked me to provide. After waiting 2 hours for my food I called the store and provided my postcode to be told to cancel my order and they tried to ring me. I know for a fact that they didn't try to ring me because I was on my phone for the whole duration of the wait. They never attempted to knock on my door or ring the door bell. After challenging the gentleman on the phone about this his only response to any question after was talk to just eat and was very rude.
